I love challenging my clients to reach for the sky-running their first marathon, building the body they have always dreamed of, or simply improving their flexibility so they can touch their toes for the first time. I love seeing them change before my eyes-not just their bodies, but their energy and self-confidence too. And I love all the wisdom and warmth that my clients share with me. Many of them have become my friends.

Since the day we start to train together (2007-2009) we become great friends. You helped me a lot with my artistic gymnastic, jumps and flexibility, moreover, you are a great motivator full of positive energy and knowlege about how to reach the goals, my goals. They are coming, in two weeks we'll do a performance for Los Cafres in Teatro Opera.

Much more than a trainer. Jose is a real teacher. He teaches you to love training. When you train with Jose, you don´t want to stop. I really miss how he used to motivate me. Keep doing great things in US my friend! Way to go!
