Introduction: A. I love teaching people about how their bodies work, and how to exercise in an effective, safe, and fun way. I love challenging my clients to reach for the sky-running their first marathon, building the body they have always dreamed of, or simply improving their flexibility so they can touch their toes for the first time. I love seeing them change before my eyes-not just their bodies, but their energy and self-confidence too. And I love all the wisdom and warmth that my clients share with me. Many of them have become my friends.
