- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
General minimums clients should know: - Our corporate, non-profit & social events typical start around $1,000 and up. - Our weddings start at $5,000 and up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We request clients provide us with inspirational photo's for reference and arrange for a call and/or in person meeting. In doing so, it helps us to better understand the needs and vision of the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified NY Botanical Garden Floral Designer. In addition to working for my own company, my services are retained by other reputable event companies when they need additional help. In doing so, it allows me to build on my knowledge and skill set. Trade magazines, forums, trade events and classes are also very important for us. It allows us to stay informed on the industry and provide the best services possible.
