- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will provide to new customers the proposal, once approved we have to go over the alteration agreement the building will provide. After that we need to agree with the consumer and sign the Contract Agreement, once the Contract Agreement is signed and both parties have good understanding it will start the process of the paperwork which includes: - General Contractor's COI + License - All subcontractor's COI + Licensees - Full scope of work on Contractor's letter head - Timeline provided to the building - Alteration Agreement signed by both parties. Once the building will approve the project than Contractor will add the project into the calendar and start on the start date. To the consumer it will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager to follow up on communications during the process.
