I had previous negative experience securing home cleaning by calling various agencies who said they would call but did not. From my first online interaction with Cleaning Pass, the booking to getting a response went as expected. My cleaner, Mayerli was a lovely woman. As soon as she arrived she was hands on and tackled cleaning without delay. She was respectful of my home, of me and she was very professional. She made sure everything was to my liking and showed interest in helping me and approaching cleaning according to my needs.
