- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Through the use of our design software, we generate a list of every new item that will complete the renovation. Show you before and after photos. We simply provide you with that list and charge you a percentage of the total cost on that list! The renovation and cost of labor is up to you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Email first. Phone call second. Meeting third.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years experience in graphic design & interior design work. Also have over 25 years experience in working with statistics and analytics.
