I begin with helping you design on a budget for the project. The rooms that have the most importance. We try to come up with a project price as much as we can. I stay with in that project price. To help me help you stay on budget, I do own about 20,000 square feet of estate furnishing we keep in our warehouse. Typically, these items are being sold for a fraction of the original cost. I have jobs that have used lots of decor from my warehouse and some jobs that have used none. This depends on the style of the job.
