LawnStarter did an excellent job; they were scheduled to arrive on Saturday. Imagine my surprise when I came out Friday evening to find the lawn mowed and the bushes trimmed. Now that’s what I call great service!!!!

Lawn starter pro showed up ahead of time. There was some issues w the price but they adjusted it. They did cover all the areas I wanted cut and I like that I don’t need to be present when they are at my property.

Gary and his crew showed up on time. Worked very hard continuously until both my front and yard looked great. Everything was neat, including trimming edges and blowing clippings into the woods. It looked professionally manicured.

We price using your address to determine the actual lawn size and then use the lowest industry rates for the area to quote you the best offer that we can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our customers like to call in because it is easy and quick, we are able to give an accurate quote just using your address. They can also schedule entirely online at lawnstarter.com. From there, we typically reserve a weekly time or bi-weekly depending on a customers' needs. We also set them up with a customer account so they can manage their service online as they please.
