- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am willing to work with my customers on pricing within reason. We can discuss in more detail upon their inquiry to a lesson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to cater each lesson to each individual. Take into consideration of the age, skill level and what their comfortability is as well as personal goals. We will create a lesson that exceeds your expectations and teaches you what you want together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the culinary world as a professional chef for 17 years. Valedictorian of my Culinary Class graduating from The French Culinary Institute in NYC. As well as many years working alongside and being trained by some of the Worlds best Chefs from Thomas Keller, Jean Georges, Bobby Flay and Gordon Ramsay.
