FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the quality of work you will receive. I've always felt like if someone is compensated well for their services and most importantly their time, its no longer just work. It becomes a something that person is fully invested in doing correctly and carefully.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting new people and observing how they like things done. Efficiency and safety is key along with getting things done in a timely manner. So if they can bring new ideas or suggestions to the table on how I can help them, I'm all ears.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in warehouses as a laboror where I obtained training on proper lifting techniques. All other skills pertaining to the moving industry even down to packing the truck and fragility of the customers belongings were learned hands on throughout the 300+ jobs I've been hired to either help with or do on my own.
