- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would not say we have a complicated system. I will share that we customise each program. After being a part of the event world for over 2 decades, you learn that most clients will not use all services with a standard package. It's bestt that we learn what it most important and gather a few options that will not take your budget away from what you want/need. We may save you our fee between our relationships and time..which is priceless.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We focus on one of a kind design. With in house floral design we are able to work with any budget as well as showing the variety of options when the decor reveal is needed. We work with 15 certified and seasoned professionals and have a system that is quite unique when comparing to other organizations that offer similar sevices. Whether a lavish wedding, a corporate event or celebration, birthdays, Bat/Bar Mitzvahs and etc...We are ready to conjure up an event you and your guests will never forget.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice I can offer is to judge a service based on expereince and your vision. It doesn't matter if they fit your pricepoint, you need to have a trusting relationship with your planner and or designer. Making sure that you have set expectations you are both comfortable with. You ultimately can afford some planners that may seem pricey if you use us the right way. You are investing in a service with will allow for you to stay organized, bring your vision alive and to help you get through some of the tricky areas. Make sure that if details are your #1 must have...You find a service that also works with the same goals.
