Chef David was right on time and prepare everything right in our kitchen. Every course was more amazing than the last. This was our first dinner with Chef David and definitely will not be our last.

Chef David's skills are over-the-top delicious! Working with him was easy, and the menu we came up with was outstanding. The end result? Passover Seder's dinner was divine. From the pre-Seder buffet, to the main meal's service, my fifteen hungry guests were treated to a culinary work of art. Never-to-be-forgotten Eggplant Salad (so delicious); a feast-for-the-eye Beet Salad (mouthwatering); traditional Chopped Liver with a twist of texture (yum!); and the delectable surprise of Matzah Mina! Oh what a treasure that was. Gefilte Fish was sweet, smooth as silk, and every guest opted for seconds! And don't let me forget the stunning entrees of Short Ribs, the Beef Brisket, the Savory Stuffed Chickens. And a rich Onion Kugel that brought the house down with oooohs and aaaaahs of "this is SO good!!" The desserts were testimony to Chef David's genius of Passover creations: Flourless chocolate cake with molten center is now sealed in my memory forever. I heartily encourage you to engage Chef David for your next truly unforgettable catered affair. He is the best!!!

From the first moment I reached out to Chef David I felt at ease. To start he was very responsive, very accommodating, we set a date and time, we selected our menu and we paid deposit. Day of my wife’s birthday (who just gave birth 3 weeks ago) he showed up on time, walked into the kitchen as if he has been in our home 18 times, found everything he needed to find and got to work asap. We were ready on time and so was he. Everything he cooked in our kitchen was delicious, we enjoyed every dish! Chef David was friendly, approachable accommodating. He brought his own dishes to serve us with which was great. He washed everything he used, he cleaned the kitchen stove and the kitchen counters. Absolutely spotless event and very enjoyable not having to go out and be spoiled like dining in a Michelin star restaurant in our own home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you Chef David
