Chef David's skills are over-the-top delicious! Working with him was easy, and the menu we came up with was outstanding. The end result? Passover Seder's dinner was divine. From the pre-Seder buffet, to the main meal's service, my fifteen hungry guests were treated to a culinary work of art. Never-to-be-forgotten Eggplant Salad (so delicious); a feast-for-the-eye Beet Salad (mouthwatering); traditional Chopped Liver with a twist of texture (yum!); and the delectable surprise of Matzah Mina! Oh what a treasure that was. Gefilte Fish was sweet, smooth as silk, and every guest opted for seconds! And don't let me forget the stunning entrees of Short Ribs, the Beef Brisket, the Savory Stuffed Chickens. And a rich Onion Kugel that brought the house down with oooohs and aaaaahs of "this is SO good!!" The desserts were testimony to Chef David's genius of Passover creations: Flourless chocolate cake with molten center is now sealed in my memory forever. I heartily encourage you to engage Chef David for your next truly unforgettable catered affair. He is the best!!!

We hired David for my wife's birthday celebration. It was a dinner party for 17 people. The menu was decided well in advance. David provided us a list of possible entrees, appetizers, and desserts for us to choose. He also provide us a website to order glasses, plates, cutlery, napkins, table clothes, etc. He arrived promptly with three other helpers. The food was terrific and his staff were very professional and courteous. Our kitchen was left spotless. We would hire David again for future celebrations!
