We have a team of personal cooks who collaborate alongside our nutritionists to build a plan that helps you reach your goals. We'll then cook custom meals for you and send those your way. Customize everything. The oils used, ingredients, recipes, etc.
For many of our customers, we handle all of their meals, snacks, etc. It comes out to be more cost effective than Doordash. Much cheaper than a private chef. We have worked with 60+ people in the Miami community so far!

Maslo has truly revolutionized nutrition and meals for me. I no longer have to think about meals or if I'm getting the right macros or enough protein. They do all of the heavy lifting, and I get to sit back and eat. Unlike any other platform, my nutrition plans and meals are tailored to me -- based on how many days a week I lift, how often I run, what my recent weight is etc. and is able to update everything on the fly. Even more, their team is extremely responsive and always available via slack morning or night to answer my questions or thoughts.

Just started but just even having communication with a nutritionist that you know is trying to make it so you never have to think about food again is amazing. It’s like having a personal assistant for all your food intake! We all want to eat healthier but it’s really a full time job that I couldn’t outsource before this.
