- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for a 3-course dinner party ranges from $55 to $110 per person. Final price depends on number of guests, menu choice, and ingredients. Price covers cooking, serving, and full kitchen cleanup. Client provides all ingredients based on my detailed shopping list sent 3 days before. I do not handle shopping. No hidden fees. I give a fixed quote before you book.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You tell me date, number of guests, and dietary needs. 2. I send you 2-3 menu options with pricing per person. 3. You choose. 4. I arrive with all ingredients, cook in your kitchen, serve, and clean everything. You just enjoy the night.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Higher Professional Diploma in Professional Cooking (NCFE Level 4). NYC Food Protection Certificate. 15+ years experience in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, both in restaurants and private events.
