Nela was amazing to work with! She helped us declutter our basement and organize our home office. We were able to get rid of things we didn’t need and add things we didn’t realize we needed. I am in such AWH. my assistant has made my first time decluttering my a home a smooth and fun experience. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depends on the customers lifestyle, everyone is busy and it’s completely understandable and normal. Its all about how much free time does the customer have. Priorities, needs, photos, availability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually got my associates in civil engineering, I have many skills in planning and creating new ideas 💡
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was about 12 years old my mother always determined on having a clean and organized room as a young girl, ever since it always helped me keep my lifestyle more in order and more in control of. When my friends and family came to our house and saw how organized, functional and colorful everything was my aunts/friends always called me to help out with their homes. Seeing their faces with such joy and seeing them at ease just made me feel happier and good about myself!
