Alex is excellent, I have been working with Alex for couple of month and he is helpful with strength training and other important aspects in health. knowledgeable about both fitness and nutrition. For every question that I have , he has been able to answer them. Alex helped me on how to eat a balanced diet and has taught me a healthy way to eat, which has aided in my 140 pounds weight loss. But even more important, I feel stronger, more energized, and more fit than I have felt in years. I definitely would recommend Alex for anyone looking to improve on nutrition and exercise plans.

Alex is an amazing trainer: very communicative, punctual, kind, and knowledgeable. I feel my body transforming ever since I started working with him and he periodically checks in to see how I’m feeling/if there’s anything I’m concerned about/how I can better reach my goals. Highly highly recommend, you will not regret it!

Alex Cedano has been my trainer for close to a year. He trains me twice a week and is always punctual. I am 90 years old and my program is a combination of cardio, core, balance, strength, and flexibility. He has devised a program for me that varies by the week. They all consist of 2 original series of exercises in which he has me do a combination of the above exercises. I then repeat each of these combinations. I have to recall during the repeat series exactly what we did during the original set. So it is a mental workout as well. The same is true of the 2nd set of exercises. Alex is an excellent trainer. I speak from years of experience, having worked with many trainers over the years. He is knowledgeable and very professional. He is patient, encouraging, very calm, and kind. He has made sure that I don’t get hurt. I told him when we started working together what my expectations were. He has helped me meet those expectations. They are to stay in excellent physical and mental shape. I feel very fortunate that Alex is my trainer. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Nikki S

Highly recommend Alex, he responded super fast to my inquiry & we were able to find a time that worked for the both of us within the same week I had messaged him. The first time we met we talked about my goals & I told him about my back problems, the work out definitely made me sweat & I was sore but my back pain was gone for 4 days after our work out. I’m excited to keep working with him.
