- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Packages start at $150 per session, with reduced rates available for 10 or more sessions. Each package includes body composition tracking, structured training, nutrition coaching, and accountability support outside the gym. You are not just paying for workouts. You are paying for a complete system designed to deliver measurable results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation session to cover your goals, training history, lifestyle, and schedule. After that, I run you through a full assessment that includes a body composition scan, movement testing, and heart rate testing. Once we have a clear baseline, I build a personalized plan that covers your training, nutrition, and weekly check-ins so you always know exactly what to do and why.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I first became a certified personal trainer in Australia, then earned additional certifications in the United States in personal training, strength and conditioning, and nutrition coaching. I have years of experience working with Manhattan professionals in both building gyms and private studios. My focus is on structured, evidence-based fat loss and strength training that fits a busy lifestyle.
