Andrew has a tremendous knowledge of anatomy and physiology , and how to apply it to the physical well-being of each individual student. He has been able to help achieve my goals, whether it’s improvement in posture ,gait, appearance, and overall strength He’s also very in tune with safety and always asks if I’m feeling comfortable with every new exercise.
