I help Manhattan professionals build real strength using their building gym. Most people I work with are busy, have trained before, and want a structured program that actually progresses week to week. Not random workouts. A real plan with measurable benchmarks so you can see exactly what's improving. I train clients across Manhattan, from Flatiron to the Upper East Side, primarily in building gyms. If you don't have access to a building gym, I can help find a solution that works for your location and schedule. I have extensive experience training around injuries and chronic pain. Most clients have something, and it's never a reason to stop making progress. I work with a small number of private clients at a time. I learned a lot when working with Andrew. I had just started to get back into working out and needed a lot of guidance. He helped create workout routines for me and provided in person guidance for how to do each exercise, as well as explaining the benefits of different exercises.
