I've been working with Jason for 6 months now and I am continuously impressed. He focuses on a customized set of exercises for my needs and easily adjusts to address any problem areas I bring up - nothing is cookie-cutter about his programs. Jason is the epitome of professionalism and has immense knowledge regarding personal training, fitness, and corrective exercise. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Discounts for bigger groups of sessions beyond just the single session... Rate includes full exercise prescription, programming through weeks and improvements and nutrition guidance to fit training routine!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Free consultation to begin. Some conversation and exercising. I'm interested in and try to learn about YOU first and foremost! Your goals, concerns, questions and certain physical information.... This consultation allows you to feel just how much I can and will assist you! After you are confident you are satisfied with me, we schedule your upcoming training sessions!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes i participate in fitness workshops throughout the year to not only make sure that i keep up with the most recent developments in the fitness industry, but to ensure that i am always bettering my services through self improvement.
