- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I complete a complimentary consultation to determine training goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-lined. This will determine our training frequency to align with your time demands and budget. I will meet you where you are at, help increase your confidence and celebrate your progress with you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my university degree in Sport Science and have industry experience as a Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist in London UK, Perth Australia and now New York USA.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been passionate about making exercise enjoyable and less intimidating for people so that they can reach their goals.
