Curtis is the best and the most professional personal trainer I have ever seen. Trust me if you tried him, then you will love him. He will let you do different exercises every time so I never feel boring during the training. I also successfully lost my weight and my body feels great too. :)

I plateaued while doing the same workout regimen and I needed someone to help me improve. I was looking for trainer on Thumbtack, and I have received a message from Curtis telling me that he will be able to help me reach my goals. After reading the reviews from his clients, and doing the assessment, I immediately decided that I wanted to train with him as soon as possible. I improved dramatically from when I started with him till now and I am still improving. Every session with him I do learn something new. I became stronger, was able to deadlifts heavy weight and power clean as well as do boxing. I have lost body fat and gained lean muscle as well. His sessions are creative. He pushes you to do your best and to believe in yourself that you can achieve more. He always encourages you and boost your confidence which helps to achieve the goals intended. Curtis is amazing!! Working with Curtis every session has a purpose. He is very creative and knowledgeable. He will explain to you what you will do in every session as well as make it fun. If someone needs a trainer choose Curtis! Don’t hesitate!! Go for it!! Curtis will tailor a program for you depending on your goals. Every session with Curtis will be hard work but always fun and creative. And you will get stronger and fitter and leaner. You would want to train with him every day !

When I decided to take the plunge and look for a personal trainer, I starting asking my friends for referrals. After a few recommendations didn’t pan out (timing/fees/personality), I decided to look on-line. I was skeptical about this route, but after reading the testimonials and biographical information on Curtis’ website CROSS COMPOUND , I was not only impressed but my intuition told me I had found the “real deal”. My positive feeling was confirmed within just a few sessions with Curtis. From the get-go it was obvious he genuinely wants to provide his clients with the motivation and best possible training regime he can offer. HIs questions were extremely thorough about my health history, lifestyle, goals and expectations. He asked more questions then some doctors I’ve gone to in my life! His experience, knowledge and expertise are impressive, to say the least. I am now about 8 months into working out with Curtis. I certainly have a ways to go, but I feel that I could not be in better hands, and his care and concern for my well-being and progress have not diminished one bit over that time. Be prepared to sweat a whole lot. And feel good about yourself a whole lot. Go for it. Glad I did.

The best trainer out there. Curtis’ attention to detail on form and technique is consistent and present at every session. He will hone in on this time after time until it is engrained in your natural movements. Almost every session will keep your muscles and body guessing for maximum results. I’ve been extremely lucky in discovering Curtis and you will be too!
