Daniel’s been a game changer for me. I’ll be honest, I was a little skeptical going in because I’d tried other programs before and they never really stuck. Daniel made it simple, focused, and actually sustainable. He pays attention to form, explains the “why” behind what we’re doing, and adjusts things based on how I’m feeling that day, not just what’s written on a plan. He’s also quick to respond and easy to schedule with, which matters more than people think.
The biggest difference is consistency. I’m seeing real progress and I feel better week to week. I started out apprehensive, and now I can’t imagine not keeping this in my routine.
