My standard rate is $100 per session. I also offer discounted rates for clients who commit to larger training packages.

I specialize in in-person training and typically meet clients at their own apartment gyms for convenience. We start with a consultation to discuss your goals, assess your current fitness level, and build a plan that fits your lifestyle.
