Will travel further for multiple clients at 1 location. 3 month transformation programs available, but the longer route will keep them results from fading fast. Certified & experienced with over 30 body transformations! We build muscle QUICK! With minimal-to-no breaks in between, which turns training into both an hour of resistance + cardio. The more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism! The faster you burn fat! The more you can eat long term. My metabolism sped up after 30! I have lost 94lbs myself. I used to be 220lbs. I also provide boxing training. Trained at Gleasons , by a team of Golden Glove professionals. Another excellent way to shred those calories down & build your core, back & shoulders. I take a trauma informed approach to training. Whatever is going on in your head, will be utilized & manipulated for optimal results. We’ll find the motivation for every workout , within YOU! Our nervous system can be our biggest enemy or our greatest ally in fitness & life! The aesthetics are just the cherry on top! Have worked with male & female clients age 11-83 on weight loss, muscle building, strength, mobility & corrective exercises. As well as prepping young children for sports leagues. I wish I had started with Irene!!! I’ve worked with a couple personal trainer and Irene was definitely the best. She teaches effective, no bs exercises, none of the bs “toning” workouts sometimes pushed on women with low weight and high reps. And you don’t have to be super experienced or naturally athletic to keep up! She really meets you where you’re at with your fitness level and gives you workouts that will challenge and change. Plus she’s really great to talk to about binge eating and body dysmorphia and gives solid advice about those things too

She has a keen awareness for your personal fitness goals, and is excellent at tailoring your training to meet your specific needs. Irene was my kick ass trainer @ Crunch in brooklyn. I should leave a horrible review as she left but cest la vie … It was a bloody great time - honed in on my problem areas & made me far less afraid of weights. We even had great sessions via face time during COVID! Still using all I learned to keep fit & feel like I’ve rebuilt my middle aged body with her guidance. She listened & made the gym more fun. Definitely a would always strongly recommend!!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I sell my training in packages of 10. $90 a session - $900 a 10 pack. If you want to train more frequently than 3xs a week I can drop the price & sell a bigger package.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I want to learn about your fitness goals. Why they are important to you at this moment in your life. Your fitness history. Injuries, ESPECIALLY the small ones you’ve forgotten about. I will assess your movements prior to beginning. So we can work on imbalances & other issues that were all have, while we’re working on your main goal. I’d want to know about your diet, your supplements, your sleep, your anxiety, your lifestyle. From here I would create a base program & see how quickly we can advance from there.
