I highly recommend Isabella for personal training. She is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I am currently pregnant and her experience with safe and effective prenatal exercises is very apparent. She is thoughtful and modifies our workouts to how I am feeling or what my body needs on that day.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our first session/ consultation is free, and it's an opportunity for both of us to decide if we're the right match. We'll go through an assessment/movement screen, discuss your medical history and goals. Based on that I formation, I'll design a workout and/or nutrition plan that'll best suit your needs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    ISSA certified Personal Trainer ISSA Fitness Therapist NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist PN level 1 Nutrition Coach PICP level 1 coach

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    To make a long story short- I've struggled with body image issues ever since I was a teenager. I hated physical education classes because I am very clumsy and uncoordinated. However, I used to do hours of cardio in hopes of burning all the calories I consumed. Ironically, the more cardio I did, the more hungry I got and ate more. The end result was frustration and cardio obsession with no progress to show for. In 2005 I shifted my focus toward strength training, and I was amazed by how fast my body was changing and how managing my weight became less of a struggle. I got hooked. I started reading and educating myself more and more on the topic with the goal of finding solutions to my "issues" and learning more about getting strongerand fitter. More and more friends and strangers started asking me for advice. In 2009 I got my first client, who by the way is training with me till this day, and the rest, as they, say is history.
