- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Online Training: Please see the pricing menu in the Photo section. Multiple sessions packages offer discounts. In-Person Training (this service will resume once COVID-19 is over): The rates depend on the location. If you prefer to train at your own gym (residential / commercial), there will be no extra charge. If we are using a private gym, there will be extra charge. Private gyms in NYC typically charge less for bulk packages (similar to my pricing model), so let's discuss your options in more in detail when we meet based on how often you would like to train.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation: We'll spend the entire session, talking about you. Your short-term and long-term goals (we'll really dive in to be very specific), exercise history, medical history, current activity level, current diet, time availability, location, training progression (what each day / weekly / monthly program will look like). If you decide to train with me, we'll also discuss the actual logistics of our first training session.
