FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the highly personalized, concierge nature of my work. All training is one-on-one and fully customized based on your body, goals, and lifestyle. I offer both in-home personal training and gym-based training in Nolita, with pricing structured to reward consistency through package options: • Gym-based training: Packages range from 4–16 sessions, with per-session rates from $140–$200, depending on package size. • In-home training: Packages range from 4–16 sessions, with per-session rates from $150–$225, reflecting the added convenience of in-home service. Larger packages lower the cost per session and allow for more consistent scheduling, deeper programming progression, and better long-term results. All sessions are 60 minutes, and programs are designed with an emphasis on strength development, movement quality, and injury prevention. Most clients choose package options to support sustainable progress and maintain continuity in their training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a private consultation to understand your goals, lifestyle, and any past injuries. From there, I design a science-based program that blends strength training, corrective exercise, recovery, and lifestyle coaching. We also hold monthly strategy sessions to check in on progress and adjust your plan as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in Exercise Science and am a certified personal trainer with specializations in corrective exercise, assisted stretching, and strength and conditioning. In my training I heavily prioritize biomechanics, applying it in every session to help clients move efficiently, prevent injury, and unlock better performance. I’ve had the opportunity to train under and be mentored by some of the top professionals in the industry, including a national master trainer at StretchLab and senior leaders at Life Time’s flagship location in Minneapolis. These experiences shaped my expertise in corrective exercise and recovery, and allowed me to create and implement advanced stretching and performance programs that blended seamlessly into strength training. This combination of formal education, mentorship, and hands-on leadership has given me the ability to deliver science-backed, results-driven training tailored to each individual client.
