I offer in-person training sessions at two private gyms in Manhattan—one in Union Square and one in Midtown East. At this time, I’m only able to accommodate in-person sessions within Manhattan.
I began my journey in fitness as a competitive swimmer, achieving national success in the 50m and 100m Freestyle. After earning a four-year degree in sports science from the University of Marmara, I sought to deepen my understanding of the human body and training, becoming a certified personal trainer. Over the past 13 years, I have worked as a personal trainer in Istanbul and New York.
I focus on building muscle, reducing body fat, and addressing muscular imbalances that may cause discomfort. I am committed to helping people by creating tailored programs that address each person’s unique needs, including posture, age, fitness history, and physical condition.

Hasan is great to work with. He knows exactly how hard he should push you and makes sure your form is correct for every exercise. Inam always very tired but not exhausted. I have only been working with him for 3 weeks (6 sessions), and I am feeling more energetic, stronger, and more flexible. I am sure once I am in better shape, he will push me harder, and we will see even better results.

Hasan is unlike many trainers. He is professionally trained himself, and is totally focused on personal training versus doing it as a side job.
Also Hasan really understands how to customise his training to my goals. I’m a back country skier and we work on specific areas such as agility and balance.
And finally he is fun to work with!
Highly recommended.

He customizes our training programs based on our individual needs, ensuring that both of us get the most out of our workouts. As someone who initially found weightlifting intimidating, I truly appreciate Hasan’s guidance—he has helped me feel confident using gym equipment and lifting properly. Hi All! I worked with Hasan for over a year and he did a really good job. I wanted to work on my back issues and also incorporate proper weight training into my routine to make sure I met my fitness and health goals. Given his prior experience in rehab work, it was a really nice way to combine my goals to strengthen my back, my core and also find ways to keep up the work while not in the gym. Would highly recommend! He's also really nice and humble which is always an added bonus!
