Over 18 years of NYC Personal Training experience, I rebuild confidence, work on moving patterns, around old injuries, posture, balance, strength, flexibility. I hold Bachelors Degree in Sport and Physical Education. My training sessions are 30-60min individually designed that fit around your busy schedule. I’m currently available for REMOTE training only.

I have been training with Ned since 2020 almost all Virtualy, FaceTime or What's app. I can assure you he explains everything we do very well, gives constructive feedback which motivates me. Ned helped me fix my back, my neck doesn't hurt anymore, I feel energized and young again. I highly recommend.

I’ve been working with this trainer for more than 20 years at the gym, and since the pandemic I’ve been working out on Zoom—the energy is just as good. These classes are excellent—motivating and a true total-body workout you can do at the gym or at home with minimal equipment. The classes are hard and challenging but in a good way hard, I feel great after the workout. The instructor is welcoming and very receptive to feedback, depending on what your needs are, which makes every session feel supportive and effective.

Ned uses exercise to stretch all one’s muscle and the strengthens. Lots of cardio along the way without anything being strained the wrong way. Also, uses stretching along the whole class.

Ned Milanovic has been an outstanding trainer since I started working out with him in 2008 -- before that I had never worked out at all. He patiently showed me how to exercise, stretch, and have a healthy diet. Eventually, he helped plan my running training, ultimately leading to two marathons. We have worked remotely for years now over Zoom, using my phone in the gym, and the sessions are just as valuable as those we do in person. I am in my late 60s now and am in the best shape of my life. I would strongly recommend Ned to beginners or experienced athletes. His commitment and expertise are exceptional.
