FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let us create a customized exercise program where your goals, level of fitness and postural needs are addressed. Our personal training system uses traditional strength training exercises with a functional approach and is based on 3 principles: 1) Building Functional Strength and Endurance: With progressive functional resistance training you will increase upper body, lower body and core strength. All of this is accomplished through the use of medicine balls, physioballs, balance boards, stability pads, etc. 2) Perfect Posture and Corrective Exercise: We are always working to improve muscular, functional, static and dynamic balance. Proper form is a major focus. Clients have been able to reduce or eliminate chronic conditions such as lower back and shoulder pain. 3) Goal Setting and Progress Tracking: All workouts are logged using our unique and custom tracking system. We carefully chart your progress so you know exactly where you are in your program.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the trainer has the availability you need first. If they can not see you when you need, it doesn't make sense to consider that trainer.
