Ramon is exceptionally gifted as a personal trainer. He has ample knowledge in all aspects of health and fitness and is passionate about sharing that knowledge with you. Both inside and outside of the gym, he is highly responsive, optimistic, organized, and punctual. If I had to choose one thing that sets him apart from other trainers, it is that instead of the workout feeling robotic and generic, Ramon's routines are personalized and catered to each individual's goals-- which is done after the initial assessment, then adjusted methodologically thereafter. I started working with Ramon over a month ago and have established a consistent workout routine since. I was very doubtful and self-conscious about finding an in-person trainer but feel very fortunate to have found a great fit!

I have been working with Ramon since the fall of 2015. He is attentive to the special needs of clients and will adjust his programs to the clients individual needs and circumstances. He is skilled at the arts of stretching and massage, which is helpful when trying to recover from injury or, in my case, surgery. Above all, he is a good guy. Decent, empathetic, funny and a joy to be around. I give him, without qualification, my highest recommendation.

Ramón is punctual, he's very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing, communicates clearly and makes everything easy to understand. I can tell he loves his job and takes it seriously by the way he invests himself and by the time he takes to thoroughly explain every exercise. I like his energy, I trust him, and I feel understood by him as far as my goals and objectives are concerned. I feel in very good hands with him and recommend him.

I worked with Ramon for a few years. He took me from a complete training newbie to working out 6 days a week. Ramon is effective at creating a custom plan and walking you through every exercise. Long term, he will teach you the skills you need to pursue your own program on your own time. Ramon also helped me rehab my knee, which I injured while running. He showed me a variety of exercises to increase flexibility around the knee joint and eventually got me squatting and deadlifting with no issues. He’s also a genuinely kind and caring person. 10/10 would recommend.
