FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years experience. Degree in Kinesiology & Human Performance.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started after losing over 120 pounds myself, and that journey lit the fire for strength training. Over nearly a decade, I’ve gone from transforming my own body to mastering the craft of barbell sports—Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, and athletic strength development. I’ve also had the privilege of learning directly under some of NYC’s and Long Island’s top physical therapists, which gave me a unique edge in understanding biomechanics, injury prevention, and movement quality. Today, I bring that mix of real-world experience and technical coaching to every client—building strength, skill, and confidence under the bar.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
HS and college athletes, men and women who are looking to lose weight and/or build strength and size, post and pre-rehab patients, children and adults with disabilities.
