Every new client begins with a 50-minute virtual consultation. We’ll talk through your goals, lifestyle, and schedule — and map out what your personalized training plan will look like. What to Expect: 1. Book your consultation and complete a short intake form. 2. Meet with Francia (virtually) for an in-depth goal setting session.
