Ive been training once a week with Truman since April. As a 63 year old overweight woman I asked Truman to assist me in my fitness journey and help me to strengthen my core. Along with my own personal journey losing weight using Weight Watchers, Truman has helped me gain strength and flexibility, tone and increase muscle mass and has motivated me to move more and feel good about myself. I credit Truman with helping me to the point where I have been able to postpone hip replacement surgery indefinitely! His cheerful demeanor and genuine sincerity make training a joy, not a punishment. He actually cares about his clients and makes the training session enjoyable as well as productive. I actually look forward to his visits once a week and I never would have said that about exercising in the past!! Truman Griffin is the real deal. Ive been working with Truman for four months and the results speak for themselves.As a busy, touring performer, Ive had countless remarks on my physique since I became a member of the TruCrew! Its nice to hear when your consistency is paying off!But without a solid foundation, you can work hard and not see the benefits. Thats not an issue with Truman. Hes focused and dedicated in session, and out! One-on-ones in his great gym are efficient and make the most of our time. Best of all, he doesnt recycle programs from other clients. He is specifically crafting workouts that are meant to address my needs. Plus, we laugh a lot as we hit the weights.When Im out touring, he regularly checks in to see if Im staying consistent and if I need any assistance with the programs hes created for me.Lastly, hes a good guy. He really is a solid personal trainer who maps out your progress and starts you in a comfortable workout position before amping it up gradually to challenge you and match your progress after each workout. He also has an assortment of muscle workouts so it wont feel too repetitive and you can concentrate on different areas. Truman is flexible with your schedule and location and hes a kind/funny person who genuinely wants to see you succeed. Hell be sure to let you know when youre doing great and ease things up if youre having some trouble. But the progress is so natural and gradual that you will rarely ever feel like you cant conquer the next workout. You will sweat and Truman will give you the results you are looking for!

I started working out with Truman 6 months ago. I was apprehensive at first about working out with a personal trainer but when I met him and got to know Truman, I knew that he was the perfect coach for me.He is professional yet kind, patient and understanding.I went to Truman to try to lose weight and not only did I lose body fat but I also gained a lot of muscle and leaned out.His encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to really hit the ground running and focus on my health.After 6 months, I am very happy with my progress and feel assured that with his continued training and encouragement I will continue getting good results and attain my goal.
