If I could count the number of personal trainers I've engaged in my lifetime, it would be a very large number! Truman is the first one who "stuck." He makes workouts fun and never painful, and the results have been amazing. Truman trains me and my husband. We are both in our 60s and we have muscles! No injuries, positive reinforcement, strength, and stamina. I know he has added years to both of our lives.

I have never worked with a trainer, but observed Truman teaching in my gym for several years. With a variety of clients I was impressed by his professionalism, patience, and versatility. He was also happy to answer the occasional one-off question I might pose. I recently hired Truman to offer suggestions to my established workout, and am very happy with the results. Hire him.
