- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard proposed rate. But if this is out of the student's budget, I work with them to settle on a rate that everyone can agree with. I have never turned a student away because of money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My aim is to make the student feel comfortable. I don't want anyone to feel put on the spot. Then, I get to the core of their interest in music and the music they enjoy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a BFA from the New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music and an MA from CCNY.
