Alessandra Parrotta

Introduction: I have been studying piano and voice since the age of 6 and have been working as a freelance musician for the past 10 years throughout the New York City area. As a voice Major from Manhattan School of Music, I always kept up with my piano studies, earning an exhibition award from the Trinity College of London 2 years in a row for my piano performance. I have extensive experience providing piano lessons to children and adults, beginner through intermediate levels. Structure and inspiration are the bulk of my teaching program which entails not only learning true technique, but theory, terminology, information on the composer, era and putting emotions into the music.
