Working with Robert has been a wonderful experience. He challenges you, but still moves at a pace that allows you to grasp each new technique. Every lesson is customized and different, and he is very flexible with his schedule. Our tennis lessons are one of the highlights of my week! Thanks Robert!

Drop Shot Tennis really helped my daughter get ahead in her tennis skills and experience. Not only is this just a sport but it is a good escape for kids to really let out their frustrations out and get outdoors! Drop Shot Tennis is a very serious instructor so if you are not serious about learning and working hard you should find another teacher because he is the best instructor we have ever been with and anyone will be more than lucky to have him! Excellent experience with him! -Sally's Parents

Jane Mitchell's knowledge and creativity with her various training techniques makes her outstanding as a personal trainer. Her years of dance and passion for fitness showed in each and every workout with her! She tailored my workouts exactly to the sport I participate in which is tennis! Thank you Jane!

I am an athletic adult who had never played tennis. Arnim set reasonable goals and had me rallying consistently within 4-5 lessons. I was surprised to be ready to play mixed doubles within 2 months. While Arnim is friendly, he was able to firmly challenge me to reach goals. Unlike other instructors who focus solely on strokes, Arnim's approach is comprehensive - including athleticism, bio mechanical, and learning styles. I highly recommend him!

    About

"Own the Mound" was started in 2011 by Tom Mahony, a former professional pitching prospect and New York-state "pitcher of the year". Over the last three years, Tom has trained over 100 young pitchers in the tri-state area privately, professionally and successfully. It is Tom's proven ability to simplify and teach the proper and effective fundamentals of pitchers deliveries that has become a valuable "difference" when comparing his lessons to those standard, more common lessons we're all accustomed to.
