- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A 50% deposit is required upfront to confirm all bookings. Deposits are refundable up to 24 hours before the sessions start time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sitting down and having an understanding of the main goal & creating a foundation/formula for us to achieve it throughly every session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Recording Connection Audio Institute for an education in audio production. But most of my training and experience was developed working out of high end recording studios such as Engine Room Audio & Quad Studios based in New York City.
