- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide cost of material, cost of labor, discuss potential change orders, disclose our profit target and negotiate our profit request with customer prior to engaging in work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to look at the job to take pictures and measurements, our first appointment is followed up with written estimate. After client understands and agrees to scope of work, we collect a mobilization deposit and schedule the job. One-to-two days prior to start date, materials will be delivered to job location. Depending on job scope work time can range from one day up to 6 days. after the job is completed we invite a representative from the manufacturer to come inspect the work. When approval from manufacturer representative is granted and warranty goes in effect, we collect final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our tenure in the roofing trade is composed of over 100 years of collective experience, beginning with our business staff, estimators and workers.
