If I could give 10 stars, I would! I was in dire straits after the Jan 25, 2026 snowstorm in Brooklyn. The company I hired the week prior to handle the mini snowstorms was great, so I confirmed they would be there by Mon, Jan 26, to clear my extensive corner property and garage before the snow froze. The owner assured me he would. Then there was zero communication the whole day until finally he responded to my text Monday evening with all issues he'd encountered for the day. I truly felt bad for him, but my corner property was a mess, and I could no longer rely on his promises after he sent someone to do the job and they only did a small part of it. Today, Jan 27, I searched Yelp and Thumbtack but got better results with Thumbtack and submitted my 'project' to 3 companies. I was thrilled when GFM's Dave contacted me and said they could get the job done for almost $250 LESS than what another company was charging. I didn't believe him at first and must have reviewed how much work they would have to do, including areas that the city plows piled high with snow, about three or four times. He assured me they could do it. AND THEY DID!!!! Two men arrived within 30 minutes and cleared my very dangerous sidewalk, corner area so people could actually walk from my sidewalk onto the street, the hydrant area, and my garage area in addition to the half block my property takes up (having a corner house in the winter can be brutal!!) Not only that, Dave sent his men to clear my church's sidewalk and parking lot at a reasonable price. I can't recommend GFM highly enough! Dave and his men are professional, punctual, timely, and reasonable. You can't ask for more, especially at a time when so many are charging high prices. GFM saved me and my church from backaches, headaches, and possibly lawsuits due to hazardous conditions. I am an extremely satisfied customer.
