I heard a crash this morning between 6 and 7 am. Tiles were falling in my bathroom and needing repair. Tilepro responded to my request immediately, we set up a time, and he arrived a few minutes early after checking to see that it was ok. He reassembled the broken pieces, stabilized the substrate, and made the repairs, plus others that I needed. Very nice work!
