Introduction: I conduct informative yet educational tours of NYC that are structured around the clients' interests, curiosities and needs. Discover the following: *What P.T. Barnum has to do with the Brooklyn Bridge. *Who are Silo and Roy and why are they so special to Central Park? *A castle in Central Park. *The secrets of Grand Central Terminal from the sub-station to the ceiling. *How did Longacre Square become Times Square? *What's with the brass bull in the middle of the street? *The "real" Phantom of the Opera and much, much more! Come with me, and we can start our day at one of New York's famous deli and enjoy a real NY bagel and coffee to discuss our day, and then we are off!! Up or down, the direction to travel is up to you! We can start downtown and explore the historic Battery then mosey up to Wall Street, stopping to say hello to the Wall Street Bull, take a stop at Trinity Church, pay our respects to those we lost at The World Trade Center Memorial, walk over to the Seaport for lunch or take a subway ride over to Chinatown/Little Italy for a bite, and this is just the morning! We can then cover Midtown Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Central Park, Lincoln Center and perhaps visit the beauty of Harlem architecture, stopping for a bite at the Cotton Club! It's your trip. I will create the tour around what you want to experience! No two tours are alike! I am well-versed on the serious and silly facts of the city. I love and excited to share this information with others. My pricing is reasonable, and I can accommodate any budget. My experience ranges from students to seniors, walking tours, bus tours, rail tours and cruise directing in Alaska, however my favorite are city tours of NYC! All narration will be age-appropriate.
