What We Do: -Make personalized vacation itineraries (includes activity, restaurant, and accommodation recommendations) for anywhere in the world -Research/organize/plan your trip so you don't have to What We Don't Do: -Book travel reservations (planes/hotels, etc). We will share direct links for these bookings for you to book yourself. Leisure Plan includes all above-mentioned recommendations for your trip. Adventure Plan includes a timed, mapped itinerary for you to follow, making sure to cover all internal travel. Relax Plan includes recommendation for flight, transfer, and all-inclusive resort only. We have a special INSTAVENTURE Quiz on our website for you to share your preferences so we can plan exactly for you and your companions.

I haven't used travel agents very often, but I needed one to plan a family trip on the back side of COVID. Kris was incredibly helpful in navigating the COVID regulations for certain countries. She helped me select Cancun as a destination since the border protocol was fairly lax. Because of Kris' guidance, our 8 day family vacation spontaneously transformed into a destination wedding! The resort was fabulous and the staff was extremely accommodating! We had 20 guests travel to be with us on our impromptu special day. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation (or wedding)! Thanks Kris!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You fill out the custom INSTAVENTURE Quiz on our website and I get back to you by email to confirm your details. After a deposit, I step away to plan everything for you and present it to you when I’m done. You’ll have the opportunity to make tweaks afterward.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We mostly work with millennials, but have worked with adventurous clients in their 40’s-60’s as well.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It works best when customers already have dates and destinations in mind. The more you’ve thought about where and when you want to go, the faster I can get to planning for you!
