Saritha M. says, "Aleks was excellent. So I upgraded my old toilet with a bidet. Unfortunately the roughin was 1 inch off. Most of the plumbers wanted to open the ceiling below the toilet and move the rough in. I had done research and came to know that rough in can be moved with off set flange and can be done from above on a finished tiled floor, and only a few competent plumbers can do such work, most want to take the easy route costing a ton of money and contracting another guy to finish the ceiling etc. I sent Aleks pics of the old and new toilet and told him the problem, he came in prepared and went to shop for necessary material. Even though it was a tough job , he didn’t up the price from what was agreed on and fixed the water line with a new valve. He didn’t leave a mess and was very professional. Hire him u won’t regret it. Five stars."See more

Ms. Ramcharran says, "Let's start at the beginning, when I went to Costco specifically to learn about the Long Island Clean Water System company. The customers before me were extremely rude to Ryan and his co-worker. I waited patiently to see the results of the encounter. Let me tell you, how pleasantly pleased I was with the way Ryan held his composure and answered all the troublesome questions thrown at him. When I signed up for LICWS to come evaluate my water in my home, I asked Ryan if he would be the specialist that I am going to meet with, and he said yes. The day Ryan visited our home, he was respectful to our culture by taking off his shoes before entertaining our home! During the consultation, he never used fear mongering to get us to purchase a system. He listened to our concerns, answered all our questions, and never pushed us into purchasing anything. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and has an exceptional sense of humor. A few days later, our entire house reverse osmosis water filtration system was installed by technicians, James and Christian. Both were respectful of our home. They worked quietly, and did not disturb me (working from home) or my fully remote children. They made sure the system under our sink was placed to our liking, and they cleaned up after themselves. Their work is neat and precise. Every LICWS technician who came to our home was professional, courteous, and efficient. I would highly recommend this company based on customer service alone!"See more

I got so skeptical that when I called Rigo, I was fully prepared to throw away BOTH tankless water heaters (2 years old). Not only did Rigo show up on time, he accommodated my tenants and showing AFTER hours. He took one look and told me they were both installed properly, but missing some crucial parts for proper maintenance. He calibrated the tank and quickly ordered the parts and installed in less than a week. I am impressed with his hard work, expertise and most of all appreciate his honesty.
