- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer many packages includes: Full Wedding Planning, Wedding Management, Micro Wedding Planning, Wedding Design, Full Service Party Package, Event Management, and Children's Planning Package Once we have a consultation, we'll get an idea of your budget and find the planning package that is right for you. You'll receive a custom contract and invoice from us, and to reserve your date we require a signed contract and 50% deposit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start with a consultation. Over the phone or face to face, let's get to know each other and discuss the details of your expectations so we can strategize on how to exceed them. You'll tell us about your vision, we'll get an idea of the budget, kick off the planning process, and review the packages we offer and select what makes sense for you. Once we're familiarized with your vision, we will draft a custom contract and invoice for your event. To ensure your date is reserved, we require a signed contract, along with a 50% deposit of the services requested at the date of signing. We only accept a select number of clients each year to ensure that we can provide white-glove service, customized to cater to each client for a seamless experience. Once we’ve discussed and finalized details from your consultation, we can begin the planning process!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner, Christine Harmon is a Certified Wedding Planner with a team spanning the US under her brand ChrisFête Events. Her career in events began at New York City’s legendary Plaza Hotel at the tender age of 20, while juggling Hospitality coursework at St. John’s University. She is a charismatic visionary who turns every wedding into a memorable experience for her couples and their guests. With over a decade of experience in the wedding planning industry, she brings a depth of knowledge and creativity to each of her clients. Over last two years, CFE has been featured over 60 times; as seen on PartySlate, Perfête, Modern Luxury Weddings, and Wedding Chicks just to name a few, over 100 leads per year, and over 30k impressions on social media.
