I am in the happiness business where every event deserves to be the best of kind, whether a corporate picnic or a once-in-a-lifetime wedding in a castle by the sea. Tenbrooks Consulting offers comprehensive event counseling, whether for catering, design, and vendor referrals, day-of management, budget and contract review for all manner of social and corporate events. To assure my personal involvement with each party, I oversee only one event during the duration of a program, be it for a single afternoon meeting, a three-day wedding celebration or multi-week arts festival. Prior to re-opening Tenbrooks Consulting, I was the director of catering operations for such major NY restaurants as Tribeca Grill and the Myriad Restaurant Group, Soho Grand Hotel, and Aquavit. In addition to their on-site venues, I handled their off-premise events which included destination weddings and b'nai mitzvahs, film and gallery openings, vineyard dinners, as well as political and charitable galas.
