Private Dance & Yoga Lessons

Introduction: Unlike other yoga instructors who learn through certification, I have a bacheolor's degree in dance studies which includes courses in anatomy and physiology, injury prevention, and nutrition from an accredited university. I am passionate about having a healthy body, and I love to share this positive energy with others.
