We had a great experience with David and his crew. After we noticed some leaking, we determined we needed a flat portion of our roof replaced. We shopped around and Xterior Pro came out and gave us a great quote. Once everything was scheduled, they arrived promptly, finished their work quickly and left everything in perfect condition. The best part - our final cost ended up being at the low end of David's estimate. Obviously we were willing to pay whatever was necessary but it was nice to feel like we weren't being needlessly upcharged. We'll happily work with Xterior Pro again when it comes time to replace the rest of our roof.

This company was very helpful from the estimate to the completion of the job. They arrived early and completed the work quickly. They fixed my townhouse trim damaged by winds, replaced gutters and added gutter leaf-guards. Very professional and very reasonable prices. Great work was done and I could not be happier! David and his crew did a phenomenal job on my roof - completely done in one day- in the freezing cold weather on top of it. They cleaned up the area as if they were never there - repaired any and all "soft wood" applied underlayment, ridge vents and the shingle looks fantastic!!! The price was in the lower end of the 8 quotes I got and they were fair and thorough! The only regret I have is that this beautiful roofing job is now going to be covered with Solar Panels LOL.
