Angella was a pleasure to work with. She was more then happy to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond to make things work for our event. I had a video that needed wind noise reduction. The videoedit wasn’t quite what I expected, but her customer service was excellent!

Hi David! I am sorry you were not happy with the final product. In terms of working with wind and audio there is only so much that can be done. In most cases, it is nearly impossible to fully diminish wind.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In terms of videography I always have a second shooter so the total cost includes two employees, not just myself. My prices are negotiable to an extent.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask the client what exactly they are looking for and come up with a timeline and general idea. I will then review this with the client and then start the project. I will send them updates while working on the project and make any changes they are wanting done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in digital media and communication with a concentration in film and visual effects.
