5 STARS!!! I can’t even explain how thankful I am for Luan, truly did an amazing job. He went above and beyond with our kitchen project. Also, he always made sure to clean up his mess as he worked and that means a lot to my family having small children. The quality and the CRISPNESS of his drywall work is outstanding. Super responsive, friendly, and trustworthy. Did a great job with a handful of ceiling repairs ranging from water issues to settlement cracks. Was able to match a very unique texture we have called ‘starburst’ that required a specific brush. Worked nonstop till it was done for 3 days, and I was very impressed. Will certainly call again.

Luan removed popcorn ceilings, repaired any necessary spots in the sheetrock, and skimmed and applied new knockdown texture for the majority of my home. He is a busy guy but still managed to get my project done on time. He quoted me a good price in the beginning and that's what I paid after the job was complete, no funny business trying to add cost to the job. The knockdown texture was smaller and neater than the typical industrial knockdown machine produces and I actually liked it better the way he did it. He was polite and professional and answered all my questions about the work. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Marlin’s Painting did an amazing drywall finishing and painting of 3 large bedrooms, living and dining rooms, kitchen and 2 full baths. The job involved all new ceilings and walls. I will rehire them in a jiffy. And I highly recommend them to anyone interested in finishing and painting sheet rocks with a professional and high quality touch at an affordable price.
Luan was a tremendous help in getting our front door painted as well as installing our new door handle. Will definitely look for Luan for future painting projects!

I'm honest with my price i won't over charge for any project, and for now I'm accepting and expect to get paid only when job is done, for most of projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to maintain contact and do urgent jobs when need it, my goal is to make the customer 100% satisfied with the job , i understand the inconvenience and expenses of a project so i always try to give my costumer a great experience.

Osha, scaffold , venetian plaster, construction school.
